🎯 Let's Talk About Those 2026 Goals (Before January Sneaks Up On Us)

Why I Took a Step Back - And Why I'm Coming Back With a Full Content Calendar

Hey there! πŸ‘‹

Let me be honest with you… I've been a little quiet lately, and there's a good reason for it.

Since launching my digital nomad journey in August, I've traveled to 11 countries while simultaneously helping Creator Match onboard over 10 new team members and attended 5 client events. Between managing constant moves (turns out "living anywhere" also means "packing every two weeks" πŸ˜…), navigating hiring decisions across multiple time zones, and training a rapidly growing team, something had to give. And that something was my consistent content schedule.

But here's what I learned during this wild season: stepping away to focus on what actually matters doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're being strategic about your capacity.

Which brings me to why I'm sliding into your inbox today... I'm back, and 2026 is about to be different.

And honestly? After this whirlwind, I desperately need to sit down and actually set my goals for 2026 before the year starts and I'm just winging it again. So I figured - why not invite you to do it with me?

Why Goal Setting Actually Matters (Even If You've Failed Before)

I know, I know. Goal setting can feel like that gym membership you bought in January and forgot about by February. But here's the thing… most people approach goals all wrong.

They set vague intentions like "grow my business" or "post more consistently" without the actual framework to make it happen. Then they wonder why nothing changes.

Real goal setting isn't about writing down dreams and hoping for magic. It's about creating a roadmap that actually works with your life, not against it.

That's exactly why I'm hosting a FREE 2026 Goal Setting Workshop next week, and I want you there.

What We'll Cover in the Workshop

πŸ“… Wednesday, December 17
πŸ•• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM GMT (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CST)
πŸ’» Google Meet

We're going to work through:

1. Reverse-engineering your big vision - What do you actually want 2026 to look like? (And I mean specifics, not just "more success")

2. Breaking it down into quarterly milestones - Because annual goals are overwhelming, but 90-day sprints? Those you can actually tackle.

3. Building in accountability systems - The secret sauce that most people skip (and why their goals die by February)

4. Creating your plan that supports your goals - strategic steps that moves you forward

This isn't going to be me lecturing at you for an hour. We're going to actually DO the work together, and you'll leave with a clear plan for Q1.

I've created a Goal Setting Worksheet that we'll use during the workshop. I highly recommend downloading it before we meet so you can start thinking through some of these questions.

Take a few minutes to review it. Think about what worked in 2025, what didn't, and what you actually want to be different this time.

& if you like to work ahead I highly recommend starting to think about the Vision Setting section

Let's Make 2026 Your Year

The difference between people who hit their goals and those who don't? It's not motivation or talent. It's having a system and showing up consistently.

I'm coming into 2026 with a heavy content plan, new resources for the community, and a commitment to showing up even when it's inconvenient (which, let's be real, is most days as a digital nomad πŸ˜‰).

I'd love for you to join me in making this year actually count!

See you on the 17th!

πŸ’œ Tara

P.S. Can't make it live? RSVP anyway! Everyone who registers will get access to the replay and all the resources so you can work through the framework on your own time.
